## Installation

How MsgFiler 4 is installed depends on where you download it:

* **Mac App Store**: If you downloaded from the Mac App Store, the **MsgFiler 4.app** will be placed in your **Applications** folder.
* **Gumroad**: If you purchased MsgFiler from Gumroad, double-click on the Disk Image that you received and drag the **MsgFiler 4.app** icon on top of the **Applications** folder alias.

## Welcome

The first time you run MsgFiler 4, you will go through the onboarding experience. This is where you'll configure MsgFiler 4 for use with your Mac. There are several steps to go through, and some of them are essential.
