Recent Mailboxes
You can turn on the ability for MsgFiler 4 to remember the last ten mailboxes you filed to. As you file messages using MsgFiler 4, recently used mailboxes will rise up to the top of your results window, granting you quick access to these mailboxes during subsequent filing operations. Recent mailboxes are denoted in italics.
Activating Recent Mailboxes
Start remembering recent mailboxes by going to Search Settings and toggling on Remember recent mailboxes.
If you find yourself filing often to a mailbox, consider adding it to your favorites.
